Editorial Policy

CupCriteria aims to publish useful, accurate, and transparent coffee gear content. We prioritize clarity over hype and explain important trade-offs rather than presenting every product as a winner.

Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to verify product specifications and important claims against reliable sources. Product information can change, so readers should confirm current details with the manufacturer or retailer before purchasing.

Independence

Affiliate relationships may influence which products are commercially useful to cover, but commissions do not determine the conclusions of our reviews or comparisons.

Corrections

When we identify a material factual error, we aim to correct it and, where appropriate, update the article so readers are not relying on outdated information.

Reviews & Testing

We do not present desk research as hands-on testing. When an article includes observations from product testing, that testing will be identified clearly.
